Let’s talk about the main man, Micho. He brings his passion for cooking and a rich gastronomic history to the corner of H & 500. He studied culinary arts in Lebanon and is the sole grandchild of a famous chef and first Lebanese cookbook author Mr. Yousef Abi-Aad. “The way to a person’s heart is through their stomach” and we guarantee that Micho will have your heart by the first bite.

Jad has been in the restaurant industry since he was 17. He’s the glue that holds the operation together. Not only can he talk his way out of every situation, but he can surely take anything you throw at him especially a restaurant. He leads employees with example.

Fady, our main investor is “Pops.” He’s the mastermind and a man on a mission. He wants things done right and on-time. He is a fierce entrepreneur that saw potential in these guys and has been in the restaurant business since 2007.
